We want you to be completely satisfied with your Euhomy Kitchen purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
• Items returned after 30 days
• Items without original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@euhomykitchen.us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and return shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
