Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please review our policy below so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@euhomykitchen.us with your order number and subject line "Order Cancellation – [Order Number]".

After the Cancellation Window

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may return the item once received in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Cancelled Order Refunds

If your cancellation is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Modifications to Orders

If you need to change your shipping address, item, or quantity, please contact us within the same 24-hour window. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee modifications once an order enters processing.
